Womentors Program
Mentorship is central to the WLN's core mission: to provide and share knowledge, tools, connections, learning experiences and access to one-another – and together, to foster the next generation of female leaders.
Through the Womentors Program, students are paired with alumnae mentors that support, guide and encourage them as they discover their personal and professional purpose.
All WLN mentor-mentee pairs will meet weekly for one month. Pairs are asked to commit to 45 minutes weekly and to come prepared to work, following the suggested structure:
- Week 1: Values & Goals
- Week 2: Personal Branding & Document Review
- Week 3: Career Path & Connections
- Week 4: Reflection
