Spotlight On: Finding a Program That Fits You

Chisa Uka knows firsthand how challenging it can be to find a program that fits you. Balancing work, school, community service and personal time is a dance Uka has mastered. Her busy schedule required an MBA program that could move and adapt with her, and she found her perfect fit at Whitworth.

"The evening MBA program worked perfectly with my full-time work schedule," Uka says. "I wanted to be part of a program that offered in-person classes. I am a very social person, and I enjoyed making organic connections with students, professors and Whitworth staff."

As someone who gives 100 percent to everything she does, Uka never settles for less than she gives. The bar was set high, and the Whitworth MBA program would rise to meet her.

"From the first class, I was amazed at how many lessons I was able to immediately implement into my day-to-day work and personal life," she says. "Everything connected seamlessly."
