Tuition & Fees Refund Policy 2024-25

All refunds must be claimed through proper application to the Whitworth Student Accounting Services Office. Students must secure the forms from the Whitworth Registrar's Office for class drops and withdrawals. The date the form is received by the registrar's office will be used to establish the refund/withdrawal dates.

A student who officially drops or withdraws from classes during the course of the term is eligible for an adjustment of charges as follows:

Tuition and Housing Refund Schedule for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025

Tuition Refund Schedule for Jan Term 2025

Students withdrawing from classes by Jan. 10 are eligible for a 100% refund of the Jan Term fee.

This schedule also applies to tuition overload fees as well as to room & meal charges.

*For tuition purposes, Fall Term begins Sept. 6, 2024, and Spring Term begins Feb. 1, 2025. For room & meal purposes, Fall Term begins Sept. 3, 2024, and Spring Term begins Jan. 30, 2025.

In compliance with federal higher education regulations, a refund of federal aid to federal programs may be required. Please refer to the Whitworth Financial Aid website for refund information.
