Conduct Office Surveys
The office of community standards and compliance utilizes three surveys to help gather feedback about our conduct meetings and the impact that sanctions have on student learning.
Surveys:
- Pre-Meeting Survey: This survey is filled out when the student arrives for their conduct meeting. This survey helps the conduct officer understand a little bit more about the student and to hopefully find ways to connect student learning to each individual student.
- Post-Meeting Survey: Once the conduct meeting is complete the student will receive a formal letter summarizing what was discussed in the conduct meeting. At the very end of this letter will be a link to a survey that the student may fill out. The information from this survey is used to help the conduct office continuously improve their facilitation of the meeting and understand the student experience.
- Post-Sanction Survey: If a student is assigned a sanction as a result of their conduct meeting they will also be required to fill out this short survey helping the conduct office learn and measure the impact of the assigned sanction(s). If the sanction applied does not change behavior and help learning to take place then the conduct office would like to know this and adjust sanctions in the future to maximize learning and to change negative behavior to positive behavior.
