Important Dates & Timelines: Internships

Academic internships follow the registrar's academic calendars & schedules. All dates are subject to change.

Undergraduate Programs

Fall Term 2024

April 2: Pre-registration opens.
Sept. 4: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit-hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
Sept. 17, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
Dec. 13: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit-hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Jan Term 2025

Nov. 4: Pre-registration opens.
Jan. 3: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit-hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
Jan. 6, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
Jan. 24: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit-hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Spring Term 2025

Nov. 4: Pre-registration opens.
Jan. 30: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
Feb. 12, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
May 16: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit-hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Summer Term 2025

Nov. 4: Pre-registration opens.
May 19: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit hour requirement must begin on or after this date.
June 2, 3 p.m.: Deadline to register an internship/field study for academic credit. Internship registration forms will not be accepted in any form after this deadline.
Aug. 8: Internship hours to be counted toward the credit-hour requirement and final requirements must be completed on or before this date.

Fall Term 2024
