Language Placement Testing Instructions

Students, please follow these steps to register and complete the WebCAPE language placement test.

1. Visit the Emmersion registration page to enter your information.
   Use your full Whitworth email address (including @my.whitworth.edu) for your account name.
2. Once your information has been entered, click "Create Account."
3. Once the account has been created, click "Sign In" to proceed.
4. Sign in using the email address and password you just used to create your account. Be sure to save this login information in the event you need to access your account again. You can log back in at any time at here.
5. After signing in, you will be brought to your dashboard. From here, you can select the language(s) you would like to take by clicking "Take Test" and proceeding through the exam.
6. Once you have finished the exam, you can print your results for your records.
7. Should you need to retake the exam or if you have other questions, please contact Staci Schneider (sschneider@whitworth.edu) and indicate which language test you need to retake.
