Favorite thing about Whitworth: The community you instantly feel when you walk around campus and how everyone is so welcoming. It made me feel like I was home.
Best class: American National Politics. I feel that I gained knowledge that I will use for the rest of my life. Not to mention Julia Stronks taught it and she is one amazing professor!
Favorite residence hall: Well, of course, BJ! I lived there my freshman year and made the best of friends there. My entire hall was amazing and we hung out all the time. Always something going on at the Beej.
Why I chose to attend Whitworth: I chose to attend Whitworth because of the community I felt when I first visited here, not to mention the Christian atmosphere and the awesome education I intended to obtain. I also play two sports at Whitworth and I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to play both of them.
Advice for incoming students: My advice for incoming students is to be very social when you first arrive! Don't be afraid to talk to new people because they are just as scared as you are! You never know who you could meet and the lifelong relationships you can build.
What I plan to do after graduation: The dream is to become a high school health and sports medicine teacher. And of course coaching either basketball or golf since I love sports!
