Dorothy J. Edwards will present "Ending Violence One Green Dot at a Time." Edwards is creator of the Green Dot Violence-Prevention Strategy, which teaches bystanders to intervene safely and effectively when personal violence – bullying, stalking, partner violence or sexual assault – takes place. Edwards, who holds a doctorate from Texas Woman's University, is working on the Green Dot strategy with government agencies, the military, nonprofits, community organizations, high schools and colleges around the world.
