Frequently Asked Questions When Completing a Facility Request Form (FRF)

Go to www.whitworth.edu/facultystaff.aspx and click on the Campus Intranet Link entitled Facility Request Form. Log in and complete the form. Submit the FRF upon completion; it will be received by the Conference Services department. Once approved, look for an email confirmation.

If prior to your event you wish to change or adjust specific requests for Facility Services, Sound, ITMS and/or Security please e-mail conferences@whitworth.edu. You will receive an e-mail with the changes once they have been completed by conference services.

All Sodexo changes must be done on your Catertrax order, or contact Dan King
(dking@whitworth.edu) or Jim O'Brien (jobrien@whitworh.edu).
