Internal Faculty, Staff & Students Go to Pirate Port/Campus Systems to fill out the Facility Request Form located under the forms link. Submit the FRF upon completion; it will be received by the conference services department. Once approved, look for an email confirmation.
If prior to your event you wish to change or adjust specific requests for Facility Services, Sound, ITMS and/or Security please e-mail email@example.com. You will receive an e-mail with the changes once they have been completed by conference services.
