Prior to your arrival on-campus, you will have a conference assistant assigned to your conference group. Your CA will personally oversee your event and manage any needs that may arise, ensuring the event is running smoothly. Our conference assistants are available 24 hours a day to ensure that your event runs smoothly from the day of your arrival to the day of your departure.
