Whitworth's Self-Service Password Reset Manager

If you should find that you're locked out of your network account, or if you don't know your current password, you can now unlock/reset your own password without the need to contact the help desk. Simply click here for assistance.

1. Staff, Students and Alumni must enroll to be able to use the system. Click Enroll to enter your current username and password:
   
   
   
   
2. You will be asked to choose three security questions that you will be asked when you need to unlock/reset your password.
   
   
3. Once you are enrolled, when you need to reset your password, you can click on the "Reset Password" option; you will then be asked to enter your username:
   
   
   
   
4. From there you will be asked to answer your three security questions before you will be allowed to reset your password:
   
   
   
   
5. If you are locked out of the system after too many failed attempts, you can click on the "Unlock Account" option; you will then be asked to enter your username:
   
   
   
   
6. Now you will be asked your three security questions. After you supply the correct answers, you can click the "Unlock account" button:
   
   
   
   
7. If at any time you wish to change your security questions, you can do so by re-enrolling. Click on the enroll option; after you give your username and current password, you will be given the option to re-enroll with new questions or to remove yourself completely from this system. If you choose the second alternative, you will have to contact the help desk to reset your password and/or unlock your account.
