The following is a non-exhaustive list of the services provided by the Whitworth Facilities Services Department. Unless otherwise indicated, please submit a work order or contact us at 509.777.3254 or fsadmin@whitworth.edu to request any of these services.

Interior

• Custodial services in all areas (except dorm rooms)
• General building maintenance & repair
• Electrical & lighting maintenance & installation

• Furniture & equipment repairs (for replacement furniture, e-mail fsrequests@whitworth.edu)

• Lawncare & irrigation

• Forestry management
• Road, parking lot & sidewalk maintenance

• Key-cutting (request a key here); Whitworth login required
• Furniture purchasing, delivery and setup (e-mail fsrequests@whitworth.edu)
• Paper order delivery
• Campus delivery & moving (submit a work request)
• Event setup & support (please enter a facilities request)
• Pest control (submit a work request)
• Vehicle registration for on-campus parking
• Whitworth community motor pool vehicle rental

Services NOT provided by Facilities Services

• Security services including safe rides & unlocks (call 509.777.4444)
• Parking & traffic enforcement is handled by security (see the Vehicle Operations Policy or appeal a citation).
• Information systems & instructional technology support (create a job ticket by emailing the Help Desk or contact the information systems department)
• I.D. photos (visit Student Life upstairs in the HUB - call ext. 3271 to schedule)
• I.D. card access for buildings & rooms with card readers (request via the System Access Request Form)
• Cozzetto's Laundry Service maintenance (report issues to Linda Yochum or to facilities services)
• Conference & event scheduling (contact conference services)
