Ruth E. Baird Travel Scholarship
Ruth Baird loved to travel, so her children established this scholarship in her name to provide scholarship funds to a philosophy student with no significant travel experience to participate in a Whitworth study program. Students in their junior or senior year with a philosophy major or minor will be given first priority for this scholarship. If no philosophy student meets the criteria, the award can be made to a deserving student from another department.
Application Process: Contact the philosophy department for an application and deadline information.
Visit Whitworth's financial aid site for additional scholarship information.
